Day 1: Raven and Lily Journal

Today it begins...our Sweet 14 Giveaway!! Today we're excited to be giving away a beautiful hand carved leather-bound journal from Raven and Lily.

According to their site,

Handcrafted by marginalized Muslim women in Northern India, this special journal includes 40 pages of 100% recycled cotton paper. Proceeds from this collection go to fund literacy programs for the women artisans and children in the community.

  9. Oh my gosh! I just finished my last journal (it was a disney princess journal that I bought on my honeymoon. My journals get abused...I buy them to use while spending time with God. Writing things down helps my scattered brain to focus and remember. I jot down honest, sometimes desperate prayers, verses that stand out to me, things I believe God is saying to me. But I also end up using them for to-do lists, poems, grocery lists you name it.

  11. I am a writer. I have journales since I was 12 and I have an odd kind of passion for journals. I would use it to journal of course.

  13. I would use it to record three things I'm thankful for each day. I started doing this a while ago to help me focus on the goodness and faithfulness of God no matter what my day holds :)
